With governments around the world looking for new ways to bridge the growing funding gap for infrastructure, we are helping to finance and deliver critical projects through the provision of private credit to infrastructure operators and investors.

We are also partnering with businesses and owners of operational real estate to provide innovative financing solutions tailored to their individual needs. Through commercial ground leases, we are helping businesses and investors to unlock value in their real estate and access stable institutional capital to support their growth ambitions.

Since 2012, we’ve connected long-term institutional capital with opportunities to deploy real asset debt. Today, we have more than $US8.6 billion in invested assets and an established track record for managing complex lending on behalf of our institutional clients¹.
